The main paper describing the EarthCARE mission.
This pre-launch special issue of Atmospheric Measurement Techniques contains papers describes all the various European and Japanese Level-2 retrieval algorithms. Many of the papers used a common dataset of realistic but simulated EarthCARE data to demonstrate and test the algorithms.
Post-launch
Post-launch
This inter-journal special issue involving Atmospheric Measurement Techniques, Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics, and Geoscientific Model Development is now open for the submission of papers that use EarthCARE data and fall into the remit of one of these journals. The deadline for submissions is 28 February 2027.
